Description:

  • LogicManager is seeking a Senior User Experience and Analytics Lead to enhance the user experience of Risk Ripple Analytics.
  • The role involves producing wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and user flows for the product.
  • Responsibilities include developing strategies for user experience optimization and integrating feedback for continuous improvement.
  • The candidate will analyze engagement metrics using tools like Pendo to enhance user satisfaction and the Product Engagement Score (PES).
  • Staying informed on UX/UI and digital experience trends is essential to keep the product competitive.
  • The position requires leading data-driven digital experience design and analytics strategy for Risk Ripple Analytics.
  • A design thinking approach will be applied to create intuitive, user-centered interfaces and interactions.
  • Conducting data-driven user research and behavior analysis is necessary to drive actionable insights.
  • Collaboration with stakeholders is crucial to align business goals and user needs into actionable requirements.
  • The candidate will work closely with product and marketing teams to ensure product design supports adoption objectives.
  • Designs and requirements will be delivered to engineering via Jira tickets in coordination with product specifications.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in digital product design, UX/UI design, or web design is required, with a strong focus on user-centered design and experience optimization.
  • Proficiency in using Pendo is mandatory, with familiarity in Google Analytics or similar platforms preferred.
  • Candidates should be skilled in design platforms such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD for wireframing, prototyping, and creating high-fidelity mockups.
  • A deep understanding of user experience design, design thinking, and human-centered principles is essential.
  • Strong problem-solving skills focused on usability and performance are required.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate well with cross-functional teams are necessary.
  • Candidates must be detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Authorization to work in the US is required, as sponsorship is not available.
