Remote Senior UX Engineer

Description:

• Figure is seeking a Senior UX Engineer to enhance user experience across its products.
• The role requires an innovative, curious, and collaborative engineer passionate about creating delightful experiences with cutting-edge technology.
• Responsibilities include ensuring products are visually appealing and user-friendly, collaborating with various teams, conducting research to improve user experience, and implementing A/B testing strategies.
• The engineer will advocate for a user-centric mindset, create wireframes and prototypes, maintain UI components and design systems, write clean code, and stay updated with industry trends.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a passion for user-centric experiences and engineering.
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools is required.
• Candidates should be skilled in behavior and analytic tooling, HTML, CSS, and front-end frameworks.
• Experience with A/B testing and design systems is necessary.
• A strong understanding of responsive design principles, mobile-first development, user-centered design principles, and accessibility is essential.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and strong communication and collaboration skills are required.
• Comfort with agile, iterative software development is expected.
