Description:

  • The Senior UX Market Researcher position at Raintree is fully remote and can be performed from designated U.S. states.
  • This role involves driving insights that shape the design and experience of healthcare products, ensuring they meet the needs of providers and patients.
  • The researcher will influence product strategy by translating research insights into actionable opportunities that enhance user experience and business outcomes.
  • Key responsibilities include developing a deep understanding of customers through various research methods, collaborating with cross-functional teams, establishing impactful research practices, leading UX research and testing activities, and presenting insights to stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Candidates must have 5+ years of experience in a UX Research role, preferably in healthcare or a complex domain.
  • A relevant degree in fields such as Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, Sociology, Communication, or Information Science is preferred; an advanced degree is desired, but extensive experience may substitute for education.
  • Proven expertise in research methods including usability testing, ethnographic studies, interviews, surveys, and data analysis is required.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret findings and generate actionable insights are essential.
  • Exceptional storytelling and communication skills are necessary to articulate research findings to diverse stakeholders.
  • Candidates should be able to prioritize and manage multiple research projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • A self-starter mentality with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail is required.
  • Experience with UX research tools and software, as well as knowledge of design tools like Figma, is preferred.
