Remote Senior UX Researcher

Description:

• Join an innovative team as a Senior UX Researcher to shape digital experiences in e-commerce, IoT, FinTech, and healthcare.
• Work independently with support from the UX Researchers Team and Product Teams to plan and conduct research for product improvement.
• Collaborate directly with clients from initial contact to product completion, adapting an agile approach to meet needs.
• Be part of the Solution Architects Team, aiding in client acquisition and product discovery.
• Challenges include setting research standards, enhancing skills, participating in team meetings, and designing unbiased research plans.

Requirements:

• 5 years of UX Research experience with a diverse portfolio.
• Proficiency in research methods (quantitative and qualitative) and shaping customized research plans.
• Strong analytical-thinking skills and clear presentation of research results.
• Experience working with stakeholders and clients to demonstrate the benefits of UX research.
• Ability to collaborate with Product Teams to implement user feedback effectively.
• Understanding of the business perspective and linking user perspective with business value.
• Fluency in written and spoken English and Polish.
• Strong planning, prioritization, and self-organization skills.
