Description:
Join an innovative team as a Senior UX Researcher to shape digital experiences in e-commerce, IoT, FinTech, and healthcare.
Work independently with support from the UX Researchers Team and Product Teams to enhance product user experience.
Collaborate directly with clients from initial contact to product completion, emphasizing an agile approach.
Be part of the Solution Architects Team to aid in client acquisition and product discovery.
Requirements:
5 years of UX Research experience with a diverse portfolio.
Proficiency in research methods (quantitative and qualitative) to create customized research plans.
Strong analytical-thinking skills to present research results effectively.
Experience engaging with stakeholders and clients to showcase the value of UX research.
Ability to work with Product Teams to implement user feedback effectively.
Understanding of the business perspective and linking it with user needs.
Fluency in written and spoken English and Polish.
Excellent planning, prioritization, and self-organization skills.
Extra points for:
Familiarity with tools like Miro, Figma, Dovetail, SurveyMonkey, GPT chat, Jira, and Confluence.
Utilization of AI for work efficiency.
Proficiency in creating clickable prototypes in Figma.
Interest in mobile app trends and experience in UX writing and Accessibility.
