Gretel is seeking a Senior UX Researcher to join their remote team in the U.S. and Canada.
The role involves transforming complex data into intuitive formats for customers and bridging the gap between applied science, engineering teams, and end users.
Responsibilities include interviewing customers, creating research reports, delivering wireframes, and building interactive prototypes using the internal design system.

Requirements:
Candidates must have 5+ years of industry experience in user experience design and research.
A deep understanding of software development practices is required, along with the ability to communicate technical complexities to engineers and stakeholders.
Advanced knowledge of the product design process and expertise in integrating user research for maximum impact is essential.
A proven track record of delivering compelling presentations that influence executive-level decisions and business strategies is necessary.
Candidates should possess superior aesthetic sensibility across color theory, layout principles, typography, and other visual elements.
Nice to have skills include coding proficiency in Python and React, as well as experience delivering production-ready UI design mocks.
Benefits:
Compensation for the position ranges from $160,000 to $190,000 USD, based on interview performance, experience, and market rate.
