Description:

Sinch is seeking a Senior UX Researcher who will champion user insights and promote a customer-centric culture within the organization.
The role involves leading high-impact research, sharing findings across teams, and influencing product strategy, design, and business decisions.
This position is part of the new US-based Voice of the Customer team, where team members will take on various responsibilities as the organization is established.
The Senior UX Researcher will report to the Voice of the Customer director within the Product Design organization.

Requirements:

Proven experience in conducting UX research with a strong track record of influencing product and business strategy is required.
Deep expertise in qualitative and quantitative research methods, including usability testing, in-depth interviews, surveys, and behavioral data analysis is essential.
Outstanding storytelling and communication skills are necessary, with experience in addressing senior leaders and cross-functional teams.
The ability to translate research findings into actionable insights is crucial for ensuring teams can apply takeaways to product decisions.
A strong understanding of product development, design thinking, and user-centered methodologies is required.
Preferred qualifications include experience working within a globally distributed large company and with technical customers in regulatory industries.
