• The Senior UX Researcher will join the Ads team at Reddit to understand advertiser behavior, motivations, and experiences.
• They will conduct qualitative and quantitative research to guide product strategy and enhance the overall advertiser experience on the platform.
• Responsibilities include designing and executing quantitative research, analyzing data sets, and building relationships with cross-functional teams.

Requirements:

• 6+ years of industry experience and 3+ years researching advertiser behavior.
• Proficiency in various quantitative research methods and the ability to apply them effectively during different product phases.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to work independently on multiple tasks.
• Experience working in complex cross-functional collaborations and ambiguity.
