Description:
KINTO Join is seeking a talented and experienced Senior UX Researcher to join their dynamic team.
The role involves working across two main products, KINTO Join and KINTO Ride, to conduct user research and drive design solutions for mobile and web-based administration portals.
This position is essential for growing the user base and retention by ensuring products meet user and client needs.
The ideal candidate should be flexible, creative, and thrive in a rapidly changing environment while working remotely with a diverse European team.
Key responsibilities include conducting regular user testing to gather qualitative and quantitative data, collaborating with the design team, conducting user interviews, maintaining a user research repository, delivering presentations, advocating for UX research, and managing relationships with multiple B2B2C clients.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a UX Researcher, with a strong portfolio demonstrating user research methods and outcomes is required.
Experience conducting user research in a B2B2C environment is necessary.
A strong understanding of user-centered design principles and practices is essential.
Excellent communication and presentation skills are required.
The ability to run workshops and engage stakeholders in the research process is necessary.
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, are required.
Comfort with remote work is essential.
Adaptability and creativity in a rapidly changing product environment are necessary.
Understanding of product roadmaps and integrating user research into the product life cycle is required.
Familiarity with UX design tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch) and research tools (e.g., UserTesting, Dovetail, Glean.ly, UserBrain) is necessary.
Excellent English language skills, both verbal and written, are required.
A Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD in human behavior-related fields (e.g., Computer Science, HCI, Experimental Psychology, Sociology, Information Science, Political Science) is required.
