Remote Senior UX Researcher, KINTO Join Ltd.

Description:

• The Senior UX Researcher at KINTO Join will work on both KINTO Join and KINTO Ride products to conduct user research and drive design solutions for mobile and web-based administration portals.
• Responsibilities include conducting user testing, collaborating with the design team, conducting user interviews, building a user research repository, delivering presentations, and advocating for UX research integration.
• The role involves working remotely with a diverse European team and managing relationships with multiple B2B2C clients from different countries.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a UX Researcher with a strong portfolio showcasing user research methods and outcomes.
• Experience in B2B2C user research, understanding of user-centered design principles, and excellent communication skills.
• Ability to run workshops, manage multiple projects, work remotely, and adapt to a changing product environment.
• Familiarity with UX design and research tools like Figma, Sketch, UserTesting, Dovetail, Glean.ly, and UserBrain.
• Hold a degree in human behavior-related fields (e.g., Computer Science, HCI, Experimental Psychology, Sociology, Information Science).
• Additional skills such as working with European clients, knowledge of the transportation sector, proficiency in multiple European languages, market research techniques, UX design tools, and data analysis tools are advantageous.
