The UX Researcher will play a major role in UX research, studying ecosystems and usage contexts of target users to collect and analyze data for sound interface design.
Responsibilities include defining research methodologies, developing data collection strategies, creating research plans, establishing usability testing, and collaborating with UI designers and UX writers.

Requirements:

A degree in Design, Marketing, Psychology, Language, or an equivalent field is required.
Wolof-speaking candidates are encouraged to apply.
Candidates must have more than one year of experience in a similar position.
Proficiency in writing in French, English, and Arabic is necessary.
Strong attention to detail and a rigorous, curious, and highly organized approach are essential.
Candidates should possess the ability to analyze and interpret both quantitative and qualitative data.
A team spirit and a willingness to learn and constantly reinvent oneself are important.
Mastery of research methods and Human-Centered Design (HCD) tools is required.
