Description:

  • The company is seeking a Senior UX Writer (or Content Designer) to join their remote team.
  • The role involves collaborating with designers and product managers to enhance user experiences and elevate the komoot voice across the UI in 11 languages.
  • The position focuses on user acquisition and monetization through various messaging channels, including transactional emails and notifications.
  • The ideal candidate should have a strong focus on customer needs, usability, and data-driven writing.
  • Responsibilities include writing UI copy, mapping user journeys, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and facilitating translation processes.
  • The candidate will also contribute to style guides and assist in proofreading and feedback for fellow writers.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 4 years of experience as a UX Writer or Content Designer for global software products is required.
  • Candidates must demonstrate impeccable English writing skills with a focus on usability and brand voice.
  • Strong communication skills are essential for explaining thought processes and collaborating with diverse teams.
  • Proficiency in design tools and frameworks such as Figma, user flows, and usability heuristics is necessary.
  • Experience in writing for translation and managing string context for linguists is required.
  • Candidates should be organized and capable of managing multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
  • A passion for solving user problems and a collaborative spirit are important for success in this role.
