Calendly is seeking a Senior UX Writer to join their Design team, focusing on creating user-centered experiences that enhance customer satisfaction.
The role involves writing clear and compelling in-app content, including microcopy, help tips, and error messages for both web and mobile applications.
Responsibilities include conducting research and collaborating with UX Research to refine content and improve the user experience iteratively.
The Senior UX Writer will create and edit copy to maintain a consistent tone of voice and style across the product.
The position requires close collaboration with designers, researchers, developers, product managers, and marketers to understand user goals and craft meaningful content.
Establishing best practices for feature nomenclature, information hierarchy, and messaging experiences is also a key responsibility.

Requirements:
Candidates must have 5+ years of experience in creating and building content experiences.
A strong portfolio showcasing work that delivers content and messaging experiences is required.
Applicants should have a thorough understanding of UX principles, inclusive design, and content best practices.
Familiarity with user research practices, including conducting card sorts, tree tests, and highlighter tests, is preferred.
Experience in writing for accessibility and localization is necessary.
Familiarity with Agile and Lean development processes is required.
Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills are essential for this role.
