Description:

Devtech is seeking a Senior UX Writer to join the Content Strategy team and work on a global product.
The role involves collaborating with product designers and product managers to create in-product microcopy, establish content guidelines, and enhance UX flows for better usability and consistency.
Responsibilities include developing and executing content strategies that align with product goals, writing in-product content such as microcopy for UI elements, and ensuring a consistent tone and language across all products.
The Senior UX Writer will shape UX flows from a content-first perspective, define content usage guidelines within the design system, and collaborate with UX and product teams to integrate content into product design.
The position requires working closely with product designers, product managers, and developers to ensure content enhances user interactions and effectively communicating content decisions to stakeholders.
The role also involves maintaining and managing content within Contentful and using Pendo to improve external-facing content and leverage analytics for optimization.

Requirements:

Candidates must possess fluent English writing, grammar, and communication skills at a C1/C2 level or equivalent.
Familiarity with product design processes and terminology is essential for effective collaboration with designers.
A strong portfolio showcasing experience in writing for digital products, UX writing, and content strategy is required.
Proven experience in executing content strategies that align with business goals, user needs, and design systems is necessary.
Experience in creating and maintaining content guidelines to ensure consistency across all touchpoints while adhering to accessibility and inclusivity standards is required.
Strong collaboration skills are essential, with the ability to work closely with UX, research, and product teams.
Advanced experience with CMS platforms, such as Contentful, is a plus.
Familiarity with product experience and analytics tools, like Pendo, to measure and optimize content performance is advantageous.
Hands-on experience with wireframing and prototyping tools, such as Figma, to structure and test content strategies is a plus.
