Remote Senior Vue.js Developer

Description:

• Monterail is seeking a Senior Frontend Developer with expertise in Vue.js to contribute to creating elegant and efficient web applications for an enterprise project in the e-commerce and high fashion industry.
• The ideal candidate should be a JavaScript and Typescript expert with extensive experience in Vue.js2 and Vue.js3.
• They should be up to date with ECMAScript 2020 and newer versions, fluent in English, and proficient in state management patterns and solutions.
• Experience in developing and maintaining large-scale Single Page Applications, familiarity with SPAs, SSR, SSG, and responsive web design are required.
• Strong experience in testing methodologies, precise communication skills, and a focus on helping clients achieve their business goals are essential.
• Additionally, the candidate should have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, be updated with modern FE technology trends, and have experience working with legacy codebases.
• Desirable skills include experience in JavaScript-based mobile development, knowledge of Ruby/RoR or Node.js, familiarity with Web performance concepts, a passion for user experience, and experience in leading a team.
• Responsibilities include creating and maintaining scalable, tested Single Page Applications, collaborating with a diverse team, driving innovation, owning development and rollout for client products, contributing to architecture-related decisions, and sharing knowledge actively.

Requirements:

• Extensive experience in JavaScript and Typescript, specifically with Vue.js2 and Vue.js3
• Proficiency in ECMAScript 2020 and newer versions
• Fluent in English (written and spoken)
• Strong understanding of state management patterns and solutions
• Experience in developing and maintaining large-scale Single Page Applications
• Familiarity with SPAs, SSR, SSG, and responsive web design
• Proficiency in testing methodologies for front-end, including JS Unit tests and E2E tests
• Excellent communication skills for conveying ideas and feedback effectively
• Ability to keep a high-level business perspective while addressing technical issues
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Up to date with modern FE technology trends
• Experience working with legacy codebases
