Description:
Webflow is seeking a Senior Web Designer to create engaging and intuitive digital experiences for Webflow University.
The role is remote-first, full-time, permanent, and exempt.
The cash compensation is based on geographic market zones, with Zone A ranging from $114,950 to $155,800, Zone B from $108,300 to $146,300, and Zone C from $101,000 to $137,275.
This position is eligible for a company-wide bonus program based on performance against financial and operational goals.
The Senior Web Designer will report to the Sr. Manager, Education Platforms.
Responsibilities include collaborating with the Webflow University Platform team, creating user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and interactive content, developing visual assets, and maintaining a design system for Customer Education.
Requirements:
Candidates must have experience designing, developing, and maintaining websites for SaaS and/or enterprise software products, preferably with a focus on customer education or product enablement.
Proficiency in Figma or similar tools for creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups is required; familiarity with designing in Webflow is a plus.
Experience in designing intuitive navigation structures and search functionalities to enhance user experience is necessary.
Candidates should thrive in ambiguous environments, proactively identifying solutions and driving clarity.
Strong communication skills are essential for articulating design decisions, navigating feedback, and building alignment with stakeholders.
