TokenTax is seeking a Senior Web Designer to enhance their visual identity and create outstanding brand experiences across various platforms.
The role involves close collaboration with product, marketing, and engineering teams to develop a cohesive and adaptable brand system.
Responsibilities include partnering with teams to create a compelling brand experience across the website, marketing campaigns, product interfaces, and events.
The designer will maintain and expand TokenTax’s brand system to ensure consistency and scalability as the company grows.
Establishing and refining the application of the visual identity across all customer and user experiences is a key duty.
The designer will advocate for the TokenTax brand and uphold high-quality design standards across all assets.
Collaboration with external partners, such as illustrators and motion designers, is required to produce high-quality visuals and creative storytelling.
The role demands an iterative design approach, testing and refining concepts based on data and user insights.
Driving brand consistency across marketing channels while identifying opportunities for innovation in the visual system is essential.

Requirements:

Candidates must have 5+ years of experience in visual or brand design, either in-house or at an agency.
A deep understanding of design fundamentals, including typography, color, layout, and composition, is required.
A strong foundation in web design, typesetting, visual hierarchy, and responsive design for mobile websites is necessary.
Experience in creating and applying visual identities across various formats, including web, digital campaigns, environmental design, and product UI, is essential.
A strong portfolio that showcases a passion for branding and thoughtful execution is required.
Familiarity with motion design and the ability to collaborate with motion designers is a plus, though direct experience in motion design is not mandatory.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally with marketing, product, and business teams are necessary.
Candidates should have a desire to stay informed about emerging design trends while maintaining a unique approach to branding.
The ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks effectively, and thrive in a fast-paced startup environment is essential.
