Description:

InDebted is seeking a Senior Web Developer to join their Marketing team, reporting to the Marketing Operations Lead.
The role involves taking full ownership of web development for a custom-built website using the Hugo Framework.
Responsibilities include ensuring the security, availability, and quality of the website, monitoring uptime, SLA, and other key metrics, and responding to critical issues as they arise.
The developer will debug errors, troubleshoot issues, and perform routine performance and security optimizations.
Task management and reporting will be conducted using Trello.
The role requires continuous experimentation and A/B testing to enhance user experience.

Requirements:

Candidates must have strong experience with static site generation, particularly with Hugo.
The ability to work effectively in a remote setting is essential, along with a dedicated and professional workspace.
Proficiency in Markdown and Go templating language is required.
Candidates should be skilled in using Git for version control.
Demonstrable experience in deploying static sites using services like Netlify is necessary.
Strong experience in Front End engineering with modern JavaScript, HTML, and CSS is required.
Experience with Content Management Systems, specifically CloudCannon, is preferred.
Candidates must demonstrate the ability to write clear, maintainable, and scalable code.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team are essential.
A keen attention to detail and a commitment to meeting deadlines are required.
