The company is seeking a Senior Web Developer to join their fully remote team of over 130 people.
The role involves working in a small, cross-functional team to enhance komoot.com for outdoor adventure planning.
Responsibilities include developing end-to-end solutions, creating web features, collaborating with a team of eight web developers, and utilizing technologies such as JavaScript, TypeScript, React, Node.js, CSS, Docker, AWS, Terraform, and Datadog.
The position offers dedicated time for improving application quality, including a dedicated day per week and a week per quarter for this purpose.

Requirements:

Candidates must have 4+ years of professional experience with TypeScript.
A minimum of 2+ years of professional experience in developing high-quality production React is required.
Candidates should have at least 2+ years of professional experience in Node.js.
Experience in building scalable web apps and running them on cloud platforms like AWS, along with monitoring using Datadog, is necessary.
Familiarity with components, pattern libraries, and CSS is expected.
A passion for developing remarkable products with a focus on user experience is essential.
Candidates should be comfortable working on web application features while maintaining quality.
Experience with continuous integration, deployment, and monitoring is required.
