Description:
The Senior Web Developer will execute high-quality custom web development projects within given time frames, demonstrating fluency in English.
Daily responsibilities include developing build-outs for 5–7-page websites within 72-80 hours and landing pages/funnels within 36-48 hours.
The developer will deliver updates, tweaks, and changes in tickets within the specified timeframe and report daily updates through the ticketing system for each ticket worked on that day.
Attendance at daily morning meetings is required, along with being a team player and maintaining a positive attitude focused on solutions.
Monthly tasks include creating at least one custom development training and having a check-in call with the Project Manager.
Quarterly responsibilities involve taking at least one internal training course in their field of expertise and attending all quarterly meetings on time.
Per semester, the developer will receive performance evaluations, improve areas of opportunity discussed in evaluations, and read a book or take a course related to leadership, design, development, or personal development.
The position requires meeting deadlines and being receptive to constructive feedback and idea exchanges.
Requirements:
Candidates must have 3-5 years of experience in Web Development.
A Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Web Design, or Web Development is not essential but preferred.
Advanced skills in WordPress, HTML, CSS, PHP, and JavaScript are required, along with intermediate skills in MySQL.
Desirable skills include experience with Shopify and WooCommerce.
Candidates must be fluent in English, with a reference of CEFR C1, IELTS 7-8, or TOEFL iBT 94-114.
Technical requirements include a PC with an Intel® Core™ i7 processor or greater, 16GB RAM or greater, a stable broadband internet connection with at least 20 Mbps upload and download speeds, a high-quality noise-canceling headset, and an HD web camera.
Candidates must pass an initial interview, a TestDome Role Assessment, a custom build-out, and a cultural fit and technical interview.
