Description:
Join the Amplify Ad Formats Team at Spotify to work on improving the ad experience for users and advertisers by contributing to a cross-functional team within Ad Formats.
Collaborate with engineering squads across Spotify, supporting their knowledge on ad formats and working on technical strategy and roadmaps.
Work in an environment that fosters individual growth and promotes sound engineering practices.
Contribute to solving problems at scale for users and drive the development stack within Ad Formats.
Requirements:
Must have 5+ years of experience as a Javascript developer.
Proficiency in React.js, Node.js, and GraphQL is required. Knowledge of additional tools like Next JS, Java, Spring, and GCP is a plus.
Experience in decomposing and upgrading large frontend codebases to micro frontends.
Ability to take ownership of work, value team success, and uplift other engineers.
Strong communication skills, accountability, and the ability to work on large complex multi-team refactors.
Deep understanding of JS design patterns, data structures, and web architecture to design pragmatic solutions.
Experience in working directly with partners to develop APIs and systems to meet their requirements.
Benefits:
Competitive salary range of $156,275 - 223,250, plus equity.
