Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Senior Web Producer to manage and maintain Talkiatry.com.
In this role, you will oversee the day-to-day management of our website, ensuring it is up-to-date, functional, and aligned with our brand guidelines.
You will lead redesigns as needed and collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and an external Webflow development agency.
You will be responsible for managing the roadmap for SEO and regular content updates, documenting all pixels and data trackers used, and running conversion experiments to continuously improve the user experience.
You will play a critical role in ensuring that our website represents our brand effectively and functions as a powerful tool for patient engagement and acquisition.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Product, and Data Analytics, to ensure our digital presence supports our broader business objectives.
Requirements:
A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or relevant experience is required.
You must have 5+ years of experience in web production, website development and maintenance, and Martech management.
Proficiency with HTML, CSS, Javascript, and Figma is necessary.
You should have proficiency with Webflow or similar web development platforms, with experience in enterprise-grade content management systems being a plus.
A strong understanding of SEO principles, CRO strategies, and web analytics tools is essential.
Experience managing external vendors or agencies, particularly in web development, is required.
Familiarity with tracking technologies and data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA, HIPAA) is necessary.
A passion for improving the digital experience for customers is essential.
