Remote Senior Web Specialist

Description:

• HighLevel is seeking a Senior Web Specialist to assist in designing, developing, testing, documenting, implementing, and monitoring web-based and technical aspects of marketing initiatives.
• The role will focus on website development, custom coding, and SEO implementation.
• Responsibilities include developing, testing, documenting, and implementing technical aspects of marketing functions such as websites, emails, templates, API connections, and data population.
• The candidate will implement and test custom code solutions to enhance functionality and tracking across marketing funnels.
• The role involves testing and validating code additions to ensure they do not interfere with existing functionalities or tracking systems.
• The candidate will develop in-app purchasing solutions and create custom API/Webhooks within Zapier for data retrieval and automation.
• Knowledge in exporting design assets from XD and Figma is required.
• The role requires ensuring mobile-friendly, cross-browser compatibility and experience with page speed optimization tools like Lighthouse and Core Web Vitals.
• The candidate should be able to address and troubleshoot issues with marketing funnels promptly.
• Responsibilities also include implementing UTM and source tracking for accurate lead source identification and tracking.
• The candidate will develop and adhere to development standards and participate in the development of new processes to improve efficiency.
• The role requires balancing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment and leading or coordinating small projects with the marketing team.
• The candidate will provide weekly status report updates for current projects and may have other duties assigned.

Requirements:

• The candidate must be available to work US hours from 9:00am to 6:00pm CST, which translates to 11pm-7am Philippine time or 8:30pm-5:30am IST if based in India.
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JQuery, and other relevant programming languages is required.
• Experience with CMS platforms and other internal tools is necessary.
• A Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or related experience is required.
• The candidate should have 3 to 5 years of experience in web development and technical aspects of marketing functions.
• A strong understanding of development standards and best practices is essential.
• The candidate must possess a strong technical aptitude to assist users with HighLevel software.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-evolving work environment is crucial.
• Great multitasking skills with the ability to plan and execute multiple projects simultaneously are required.
• The candidate should be a proactive individual who is not afraid to ask questions and take accountability.
• A quick learner willing to take on challenging tasks is essential.
• Proven ability to work independently and excellent communication and collaboration skills are necessary.
• Experience in leading or coordinating small projects is a plus.
• Strong collaboration, time-management, and prioritization skills are critical for success in this role.
