Description:
The Senior Web Support Analyst will be part of the Business Analytics Support team within Bosch Digital.
This role involves supporting the ITIL services and directing best practices and processes.
The analyst will assist in structuring the support team and may work on development projects.
The position requires supporting one of the divisions of Bosch Brazil as an end customer.
The analyst will work with SAP solutions, web technologies, RPA, and BI solutions.
Requirements:
A Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering or IT-related fields is required.
Fluent English is mandatory for this position.
Experience in supporting tickets related to WEB applications developed in various languages is necessary, including Hybris, Java Spring Boot, C#, and databases such as Oracle, MySQL, and SQL Server.
Knowledge of Spring Framework, including JPA, Spring Security, RestFull APIs, and integration between Backend and Frontend in both monoliths and microservices is required.
Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, SCSS, and Typescript is essential.
Experience with React or Angular 7 for Single Page Applications (SPAs) is required.
Familiarity with Agile methods and environments with continuous integration (CI/CD) is necessary.
Additional knowledge in SAP Systems, ITIL, Microservices Architecture, and front-end application testing and debugging tools is a plus.
Experience with cloud environments such as Azure or AWS, as well as Python and frameworks like Django, Flask, or FastAPI, is advantageous.
Knowledge of Vue.JS is also considered a differential.
