Remote Senior Windows Administrator, Financial or Trading Experience Required

Seeking a talented and self-motivated Senior Windows Administrator for a remote work opportunity.
Will join a growing IT team and interact with various IT functional areas.
Must have extensive technical background in troubleshooting, monitoring, maintenance, and networking.
Bachelor’s Degree in computer science or related field required.
Experience with Windows architecture, deployment, administration, networking, and security hardening.
Familiarity with Windows 7 and Windows 10 desktop operating systems.
Must be highly organized, self-motivated, and able to work independently and as a team player.
Willingness to work weekend shifts and participate in on-call rotations.
Operations experience in 24/7 environments and knowledge of Active Directory and Microsoft Exchange required.
Familiarity with Linux, system configuration, Citrix, system monitoring, and virtualization is a plus.
Ideal candidate will have a background in the financial industry and be comfortable working in a demanding trading environment.

Bachelor’s Degree in computer science, information science, or related technical field.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
5+ years of experience in Windows architecture, deployment, administration, networking, and troubleshooting.
Proficiency in Windows 7 and Windows 10 desktop operating systems.
Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to multitask.
Willingness to work weekend shifts and participate in on-call rotations.
Operations experience in 24/7 environments.
Knowledge of Active Directory, Microsoft Exchange, and basic Linux commands.
Experience with system configuration, Citrix, system monitoring, and virtualization is a plus.
Legal authorization to work in the US.
