Keller Executive Search is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Wordpress Developer to join their team.
This position is fully remote, allowing you to work from home.
You will be part of an international team located all over the world, with English as the working language.
As a Senior Wordpress Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality Wordpress websites for various clients.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, implement solutions, and ensure the performance, security, and scalability of the websites.
Your responsibilities include designing and developing custom Wordpress websites based on client requirements, creating and modifying Wordpress themes and plugins, and optimizing website performance to ensure responsiveness and mobile-friendliness.
You will collaborate with designers to implement visual and interactive elements into the websites and implement best practices for website security and data protection.
Regular updates and maintenance tasks on existing websites will be part of your duties, along with staying up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in Wordpress development.
You will be expected to work effectively as part of a team and independently on assigned tasks.

Requirements:

Strong proficiency in Wordpress development, including custom theme and plugin development, is required.
Excellent knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, and MySQL is necessary.
Experience with responsive design and mobile optimization is essential.
You must have the ability to create clean, efficient, and scalable code.
Familiarity with website security best practices is required.
Knowledge of SEO principles and best practices is necessary.
Experience with version control systems like Git is essential.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills are required.
You should have the ability to work independently and deliver high-quality work on time.
A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Wordpress Developer is required.
Preferred qualifications include experience with popular Wordpress frameworks and page builders, such as Elementor or Divi, knowledge of PHP, and experience with website performance optimization techniques.
Understanding of UX/UI principles for website design and experience with website hosting and deployment processes are also preferred.
The ability to work with clients to gather requirements and provide technical guidance is a plus.
