Description:

The position is for a Senior Workday Application Architect specializing in Workday HCM, primarily focusing on Payroll, Time & Attendance, Benefits, and Talent.
This is a full-time, permanent role that is 100% remote.
The architect will support key projects including the Workday annual update, duplicate framework for duplicate records, employee value prioritization, onboarding enhancements, and acquisition activities related to Workday.

Requirements:

Candidates must have extensive experience with Workday HCM Applications and configuration.
Proficiency in creating architectural diagrams and preparing for releases is required.
Knowledge of JIRA and ServiceNow is essential.
Strong presentation skills and excellent communication and collaboration abilities with all levels, including leadership and key stakeholders, are necessary.
A minimum of 7 years of hands-on experience with HCM Applications, specifically Workday, is required.
Candidates should possess solid group facilitation and communication skills, along with strong organizational and analytical skills.
An understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle and DevOps best practices, including Agile methodologies and Continuous Integration/Delivery for distributed services, is important.
Proven documentation and presentation skills are required, along with the ability to communicate effectively with various levels of management.
Candidates must be able to quickly adapt to a changing environment and adjust to rapid changes in deadlines and priorities.
The ability to manage multiple high-priority projects and quickly understand new information in relation to the larger picture is essential.
