Description:
Manage and customize Zoho CRM system to meet business needs and sales processes
Design and implement CRM workflows, automation, and approval processes
Develop and maintain sales reports, dashboards, and analytics for sales performance evaluation
Train and support sales teams on CRM usage, best practices, and troubleshooting
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate CRM with other business systems
Ensure data integrity and accuracy by managing user access, permissions, and data cleansing
Analyze sales data to identify trends, areas of improvement, and growth opportunities
Develop strategies to enhance sales productivity and efficiency
Stay updated with CRM trends, new features, and functionalities for continuous improvement
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field (preferred)
Minimum 4 years of experience as a Zoho CRM Administrator or similar role focusing on sales operations
Expertise in configuring and customizing Zoho CRM
Understanding of sales processes and experience in process optimization
Proficient in data analysis and report creation using Zoho CRM or similar tools
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
Experience with other Zoho suite applications is a plus
Relevant Zoho certifications preferred
