Description:

  • Manage and customize Zoho CRM system to meet business needs and sales processes
  • Design and implement CRM workflows, automation, and approval processes
  • Develop and maintain sales reports, dashboards, and analytics for sales performance evaluation
  • Train and support sales teams on CRM usage, best practices, and troubleshooting
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate CRM with other business systems
  • Ensure data integrity and accuracy by managing user access, permissions, and data cleansing
  • Analyze sales data to identify trends, areas of improvement, and growth opportunities
  • Develop strategies to enhance sales productivity and efficiency
  • Stay updated with CRM trends, new features, and functionalities for continuous improvement

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field (preferred)
  • Minimum 4 years of experience as a Zoho CRM Administrator or similar role focusing on sales operations
  • Expertise in configuring and customizing Zoho CRM
  • Understanding of sales processes and experience in process optimization
  • Proficient in data analysis and report creation using Zoho CRM or similar tools
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
  • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
  • Experience with other Zoho suite applications is a plus
  • Relevant Zoho certifications preferred
