Description:

  • The Senior/Business Development Manager will be responsible for developing relationships and growing new business revenue within the video games industry in the USA or Canada.
  • The individual will need to be consultative, highly motivated, and cultivate long-term relationships with developers and publishers.
  • Responsibilities include presenting PTW/1518 services, closing new business deals, negotiating contracts, and managing client relationships.
  • The successful candidate must have a deep knowledge of the video games industry, understand client challenges, and have a genuine passion for games.
  • This role requires executing business negotiations, identifying opportunities, generating new business, presenting services, and demonstrating expertise in game development and art production outsourcing.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience in business development, specifically in Art and/or Co-Dev.
  • Business development experience within the games industry is essential.
  • Must have an existing network of contacts within the games industry.
  • Proven track record of exceeding targets through building strong client relationships and successful dealmaking.
  • Deep knowledge of game production pipelines for art and development.
  • Previous experience in selling Art Outsourcing and/or Co-development deals.
  • Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to forecast opportunities, be self-motivated, and have experience with CRM tools.
  • Must be able to influence and drive results in a complex business environment.
