Description:
The Senior/Business Development Manager will be responsible for developing relationships and growing new business revenue within the video games industry in the USA or Canada.
The individual will need to be consultative, highly motivated, and cultivate long-term relationships with developers and publishers.
Responsibilities include presenting PTW/1518 services, closing new business deals, negotiating contracts, and managing client relationships.
The successful candidate must have a deep knowledge of the video games industry, understand client challenges, and have a genuine passion for games.
This role requires executing business negotiations, identifying opportunities, generating new business, presenting services, and demonstrating expertise in game development and art production outsourcing.
Requirements:
3-5 years of experience in business development, specifically in Art and/or Co-Dev.
Business development experience within the games industry is essential.
Must have an existing network of contacts within the games industry.
Proven track record of exceeding targets through building strong client relationships and successful dealmaking.
Deep knowledge of game production pipelines for art and development.
Previous experience in selling Art Outsourcing and/or Co-development deals.
Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to forecast opportunities, be self-motivated, and have experience with CRM tools.
Must be able to influence and drive results in a complex business environment.
