Remote Senior/Business Development Manager | Art & Co-Dev

Description:

• The Senior/Business Development Manager will be responsible for developing relationships and growing new business revenue within the video games industry in the USA or Canada.
• The individual will need to be consultative, highly motivated, and cultivate long-term relationships with developers and publishers.
• Responsibilities include presenting PTW/1518 services, closing new business deals, negotiating contracts, and managing client relationships.
• The role requires an engaging, personable, enthusiastic, and detail-oriented individual with a focus on relationship building and new client acquisition.
• The successful candidate must have a track record of surpassing expectations, in-depth knowledge of the video games industry, and a genuine passion for games.

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of experience in business development, specifically in Art and/or Co-Dev within the games industry.
• Existing network of contacts within the games industry, including publishers and developers.
• Proven track record of exceeding targets through building strong client relationships and successful deal-making.
• Deep knowledge of game production pipelines for art and development verticals.
• Experience in selling Art Outsourcing and/or Co-development deals.
• Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to forecast opportunities, be self-motivated, organized, and proficient in CRM tools.
• Capability to influence and drive results in a complex business environment.
