Description:

  • The Senior/Business Development Manager will be responsible for developing relationships and growing new business revenue within the video games industry in Europe and the UK.
  • The individual will need to be consultative, highly motivated, and cultivate long-term relationships with developers and publishers.
  • Responsibilities include executing business negotiations, identifying and executing opportunities aligned with company goals, generating new business exclusively for Art and Co-Dev deals, presenting services, and managing client relationships.
  • The role requires expertise in game development and art production outsourcing business development, familiarity with game development companies, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and creating effective solutions matching client requirements.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience in business development, specifically in Art and/or Co-Dev.
  • Business development experience within the games industry is essential.
  • Must have an existing network of contacts within the games industry.
  • Proven track record of exceeding targets through building strong client relationships and successful dealmaking.
  • Deep knowledge of game production pipelines for art and development.
  • Previous experience in selling Art Outsourcing and/or Co-development deals.
  • Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to forecast opportunities, be self-motivated, organized, and have a passion for gaming.
  • Must have experience with CRM tools and the ability to influence and drive results in a complex business environment.
