Requirements:

Candidates must have 7+ years of experience in designing, building, and operating complex, highly-scalable, distributed applications and systems.
A minimum of 3+ years of hands-on software development experience with TypeScript, JavaScript, or NodeJS is required.
Experience with both relational databases (e.g., Postgres) and NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB) is necessary.
Knowledge of Kubernetes and cloud infrastructure/deployment tools, particularly with cluster operations and operators, is essential.
Candidates should have experience building platforms from an early stage and scaling them to handle over 10,000 daily active users.
Extensive system-design experience is required, along with experience designing systems with complex data sets and relations.
Experience working with distributed systems/platforms is necessary.
Candidates should prioritize architecture in their design approach and have experience implementing multi-tenant systems.
A systematic problem-solving approach, strong sense of ownership, and drive are essential.
The ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team is required.
Experience in high-energy startups with fast product delivery mechanisms is preferred.
