Remote Senior/Lead Full-stack (Next.js/Medusa.js) Developer

Description:

• WinTech is seeking a Senior/Lead Full-stack Developer specializing in Next.js for the Front-end and Node.js/Medusa.js/Strapi for the Back-end.
• The role involves developing and managing an e-commerce platform using Next.js and Vercel, as well as creating back-end solutions with Medusa.js and Strapi.
• Responsibilities include designing payment and fulfillment plugins, collaborating with teams, optimizing applications for speed and scalability, leading a development team, and making technical decisions.
• The position also involves managing server-side components, RESTful APIs, database design, and UI applications using Next.js.
• Participation in architecture meetings, Kanban ceremonies, and code reviews is required.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in JavaScript, specifically in Next.js and Node.js frameworks.
• Experience in building scalable e-commerce solutions, payment gateway integrations, and troubleshooting software issues.
• Strong full-stack development skills with leadership experience and the ability to manage complex projects.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of security best practices, DevOps tools, and performance optimization.
• Familiarity with React, Typescript, REST API design, Git version control, and browser rendering behavior.
• English proficiency at an intermediate level or higher.
