Requirements:

A background in frontend or full-stack engineering, focusing on developing modern, enterprise-class web applications is required.
Proven experience in architecting high-quality UI components and crafting intuitive interfaces that handle large datasets efficiently is necessary.
Proficiency in JavaScript, CSS3, and one or more major frontend frameworks or libraries such as React, including comprehensive state management solutions is essential.
A deep understanding of performance optimization techniques, including code splitting, lazy loading, and efficient asset delivery is required.
Knowledge of advanced system design principles, data structures, algorithms, and scalable architecture concepts is necessary.
A commitment to high engineering standards, delivering clean, testable, reusable, modular, and well-documented code is expected.
Demonstrated analytical and troubleshooting skills to identify bottlenecks and implement solutions is required.
A drive to continually develop skills, improve team processes, and reduce debt is essential.
Fluency in English with effective communication skills to articulate complex ideas clearly is required.
