As the owner of the technical win strategy, the candidate will lead all technical aspects of the sales cycle.
The candidate will monitor market trends and competitive intelligence to craft and systematize creative solutions that solve use case-specific problems and deliver measurable business value.
The position is part of the early Go-To-Market team, influencing the future roadmap by compiling and sharing product feedback and leveraging insights from the field.
Daily responsibilities include collaborating with AEs in discovery calls, leading demos, building and executing POC plans, serving as the Voice of the Customer, contributing to product documentation, partnering with Marketing, assisting BDRs, nurturing relationships with decision-makers, and acting as a trusted advisor for customers.

Requirements:

A background in Solution Architecture, Sales Engineering, or Implementation/Management Consulting is required, with a focus on shaping solutions that add strategic and quantitative value.
The candidate must have experience in devising and delivering complex enterprise software/SaaS solutions that align with customers’ business initiatives and pain points.
A track record of successfully scoping, managing, and executing pilots and production implementations is essential, along with the ability to overcome objections in the pre-sales process.
Superior communication skills are necessary, with the ability to present both detailed and high-level views to stakeholders.
The candidate should possess empathy and product intuition, with the ability to absorb and interpret feedback while collaborating across functions.
A desire to continuously learn and improve knowledge of the platform and advancements in the Intelligent Automation domain is expected.
