We invite a motivated and experienced Senior/Principal Software Engineer to join our embedded team.
The role focuses on increasing expertise in the automotive field.

The job includes growing automotive development competence within the company.
The candidate will help approach new customers from a technical perspective.
Supervising project development related to AUTOSAR, C, and ASIL (B, C, D) is a key responsibility.
The role involves assisting with the launch of new AUTOSAR projects.
The candidate will contribute to the creation of technical project documentation and user manuals.
Training team members is also part of the job.
Requirements:
The candidate must be proficient in writing high-quality C code.
Extensive experience with AUTOSAR Classic is required.
Practical exposure to Automotive Processes (ASPICE) is necessary.
Proficiency in widely used platforms in the automotive domain (STM, Aurix, NXP, TI), as well as interfaces and protocols (UART, I2C, SPI, Modbus) is essential.
Extensive experience with CAN is required.
An upper-intermediate level of English is mandatory.
It would be a plus to have intermediate or higher proficiency in German.
Experience in a technical lead role is advantageous.
A thorough understanding of Electronics and Hardware Systems is beneficial.
