Description:
Zscaler is seeking a Senior/Staff Data Analyst to join their Customer Success Strategy & Operations team in Costa Rica, working remotely.
The role involves analyzing customer data to enhance the customer experience and improve business growth.
Responsibilities include collecting, vetting, streamlining, and presenting data insights to support decision-making.
The analyst will build relationships and collaborate at all levels to adapt plans to changing needs.
The position requires end-to-end accountability for developing data-driven proposals, analyses, and deliverables, including POCs, wireframes, data instrumentation, and visualizations.
Requirements:
Candidates must have 8+ years of experience in Business Insights and Analytics, with at least 4 years of experience using Tableau.
Proficiency in SQL, relational databases, Snowflake, dbt, Salesforce.com, and dimensional modeling/data warehousing concepts is required.
Expertise in developing POCs, wireframes, data instrumentation, visualizations, and skills in descriptive, prescriptive, and diagnostic analytics is essential.
Experience advising both technical and non-technical audiences, refining Key Performance Indicators, and driving business recommendations is necessary.
Candidates should have experience working with various levels of leadership and creating analytics solutions in a versatile environment, including Support, Customer Success, Renewals, Sales, and Professional Services.
