They are searching for a talented Data Scientist to join their engineering team as they expand their data science efforts.

The role involves leading the creation and optimization of advanced machine learning algorithms to enhance advertising effectiveness and ROI.
Responsibilities include owning the end-to-end development of production-grade ML models, writing efficient and scalable code, and collaborating with Data Engineers to deploy algorithms into live systems.
The Data Scientist will drive the prototyping and rigorous testing of innovative algorithms and data pipelines using historical data to validate performance and scalability.
Requirements:
Candidates must have 3+ years of industry experience.
A Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science, Statistics, Operations Research, or a related field is required, with dual degrees considered a plus.
Applicants should have the ability to take ambiguously defined tasks and break them down into actionable steps.
A comprehensive understanding of statistics, optimization, and machine learning is necessary.
Proficiency in coding, data structures, and algorithms is required.
