Requirements:

  • The role requires a dedicated DevOps engineer to take ownership of the platform's stability, observability, and operational excellence.
  • Candidates should have experience in establishing and enhancing monitoring and alerting systems to improve platform health.
  • Proactive identification of risks and bottlenecks in systems is essential, along with implementing solutions for increased resilience and uptime.
  • Candidates must monitor infrastructure spending and identify inefficiencies to optimize usage without compromising performance.
  • Building and maintaining automation and scripts to reduce manual tasks and improve developer workflows is a key responsibility.
  • Strengthening the deployment pipeline for predictable and safe releases is necessary.
  • Candidates should enable faster software delivery by creating tooling and automation for engineers.
  • Defining and implementing key metrics to monitor infrastructure and platform performance is required.
  • Ensuring infrastructure scalability as the company grows is crucial.
  • Experience with cloud-native infrastructure, particularly AWS and GCP, is preferred, along with familiarity with tools like Kafka, Docker, and PostgreSQL.
