Description:
Air is a Creative Ops System for creative teams that automates tasks for creatives and marketers to manage content and enhance creativity through image recognition, automated versioning, and approval workflows.

The role is for an experienced Frontend Developer to join a team of modern JavaScript engineers.
The developer will work closely with the CTO and senior engineering team to execute the technical roadmap and will be expected to work hands-on with the front-end codebase.
The technology stack includes Typescript, React for the web app, Electron for the desktop app, and Node for the backend, with a focus on AWS.
The developer will primarily work on two core products: the web application and the desktop app (Air Flow).
Responsibilities include building features, reviewing code, writing tests, maintaining infrastructure, and defining best practices.
The role requires thriving in fast-paced, unstructured environments and involves mentoring junior team members.
Candidates must include the code AIR-ENG-2025 in their application.
Requirements:
Candidates must have 8+ years of experience working on production applications with real-world users.
Experience collaborating with designers, developers, and product managers is required.
Candidates should have experience managing and maintaining production infrastructure.
A strong eye for design and the ability to leverage existing components to build new UI is necessary.
A desire to build accessible products for all users is essential.
A strong background in React, Redux, Typescript, HTML/CSS, Git & Github, and Tailwind is required.
Familiarity with Next.js, React Native, Node.js, Webpack, AWS, Vercel, CircleCI, Figma, Cypress, and React Query is a plus.

Compensation for this role ranges from USD $146,000 to $264,000 if based in the US, and CAD $160,000 to $292,000 if based in Canada.
