The Senior/Staff Frontend Engineer will work with a team of modern JavaScript engineers, focusing on the technical roadmap set by the CTO and senior engineering team.
The role involves hands-on work with the front-end codebase, primarily in Typescript, React, Electron, and Node on AWS.
Responsibilities include building features, code reviews, testing, infrastructure maintenance, and contributing to defining best practices.
The position requires working in a fast-paced, unstructured environment, mentoring junior team members, and interacting with a significant portion of Air's daily users.

Requirements:

8+ years of experience working on production applications with real-world users.
Collaboration experience with designers, developers, and product managers.
Proficiency in managing and maintaining production infrastructure.
Strong design skills and ability to utilize existing components to create new UI.
Focus on building accessible products for all users.
Strong background in React, Redux, Typescript, HTML/CSS, Git & Github.
Familiarity with Next.js, React Native, Node.js, Webpack, AWS, Vercel, CircleCI, and Figma.

Compensation range in the US: USD $148,000 to $214,000; in Canada: CAD $166,000 to $240,000.
