The role is for an experienced Frontend Developer to join a team of modern JavaScript engineers.
The developer will work closely with the CTO and senior engineering team to execute the technical roadmap.
The position requires hands-on work with the front-end codebase, primarily using Typescript, React for the web app, Electron for the desktop app, and Node for the backend.
Familiarity with AWS is a major plus as the company is built on their product suite.
The developer will focus on building features, reviewing code, writing tests, maintaining infrastructure, and defining best practices for Air’s core products.

Requirements:

Candidates must have 8+ years of experience working on production applications with real-world users.
Experience in collaborating with designers, developers, and product managers is required.
Candidates should have experience managing and maintaining production infrastructure.
A strong eye for design and the ability to leverage existing components to build new UI is necessary.
A desire to build accessible products for all users is essential.
A strong background in React, Redux, Typescript, HTML/CSS, Git, and Github is required.
Familiarity with Next.js, React Native, Node.js, Webpack, AWS, Vercel, CircleCI, and Figma is preferred.

For candidates based in Canada, the compensation range for this role is CAD $166,000 to $240,000.
