Requirements:

Candidates must have 6+ years of experience in software engineering.
The ability to operate independently while seeking help when needed is essential.
Candidates should be excited about owning large backend projects and collaborating with application/front-end engineers.
Good judgment on tradeoffs and tools for problem-solving is required, with a preference for stable technologies.
Experience with AWS, Postgres, and Node.js is necessary.
Candidates should be able to design systems based on customer problems and consider observability, SLA, and scalability.
A commitment to building sustainably and managing time and priorities effectively is expected.
Candidates should demonstrate pride, ownership, and accountability for their work.
