The position is for a Senior/Staff Software Engineer specializing in React Native, responsible for building new products and features, shaping product direction, delivering user value, and taking ownership of projects.
The role is fully remote, available to candidates in the United States or Canada, with optional in-person collaboration opportunities for San Francisco-based candidates.

Requirements:

Candidates must have 4+ years of experience building consumer-facing applications with React Native.
Experience in a product-focused startup, scale-up, or technology company is required.
A high degree of cross-functional collaboration and leadership is essential, with positive feedback expected from product managers, designers, and business leaders.
A commitment to continuous professional development and a lifelong-learner mindset is necessary.
Strong ownership, drive, and excellent communication skills are required.

The estimated base salary range for this role is $180-200K for senior level or $200-$230K for staff level, depending on experience and location.
