We are looking for a business-minded SEO / Data Analyst to join our growing team.
This opportunity will focus on delivering key reporting, analysis, and insights that will help to drive organic traffic growth.
You will collaborate with product and organic growth teams in order to define tests, analyze trends, and communicate insights.

Lead discussions with product managers (organic growth manager) to understand requirements.
Deliver business insights and explain day-to-day performance trends with a deep understanding of business drivers and macro trends.
Conduct hands-on, deep dive analyses using a variety of tools such as SQL/Looker, slides, Mode, spreadsheets, etc.
Develop and maintain deep dive tools that will quickly identify and predict performance patterns.

Requirements:

Successful candidates will blend strategic thinking with technical proficiency to identify trends and key drivers that lead to improvements, experimentation readouts, and support overall SEO health.
A sharp analytical problem-solver with a detail-oriented focus on accuracy is required.
A highly productive and self-motivated individual is essential.
A polished communicator across various mediums is necessary.
Candidates must be positive and adaptable, demonstrating flexibility and a constructive attitude in the face of shifting business needs.
Skilled at identifying the next question is a must.
A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar or relevant role in Analytics is required.
At least 1 year of hands-on experience in A/B test measurement and readouts is necessary.
Demonstrated ability to communicate sophisticated analysis in a precise and meaningful manner with both technical and non-technical customers is essential.
Strong SQL skills are required, and Looker experience is desirable.
Outstanding G-suite skills are necessary.
An academic background in a quantitative field such as mathematics, engineering, statistics, economics, or business is required.
