Description:

  • The ServiceNow APM (Application Portfolio Management) Solution Architect will work remotely on a contract basis.
  • The role requires a minimum of 9 years of experience in the field.
  • The primary responsibility is to understand the application portfolio landscape at the client and ensure that the information is accurately updated in the APM Module of ServiceNow.
  • The architect should have a deep understanding of the APM Module and guide the team effectively.
  • Post-implementation, the architect is expected to continue supporting activities across six divisions, managing approximately 2000 applications.
  • Responsibilities include having ServiceNow Application Portfolio Management Architecture experience.
  • The architect must verify the quality of capabilities, possessing an architecture and technical background to validate product functions.
  • The role involves understanding application interrelationships, checking alignment of capabilities, ensuring adherence to capability definition nomenclature and standards, and recommending necessary corrections.
  • The architect will also develop and configure APM reports that are not available out of the box.
  • Additionally, the architect will be responsible for business case development, building cases for the recommendations of sustain, invest, sunset, or enhance applications based on thorough analysis.

Requirements:

  • Candidates must have at least 9 years of experience in application portfolio management and related fields.
  • A deep understanding of the ServiceNow APM Module is essential for this role.
  • Candidates should possess a strong architecture and technical background to validate product functions and capabilities.
  • Experience in developing and configuring custom APM reports is required.
  • The ability to analyze application interrelationships and ensure alignment of capabilities is necessary.
  • Candidates must be skilled in creating business cases for application management decisions, including sustain, invest, sunset, and enhance recommendations.
