Description:

  • The ServiceNow Developer at Nuspire is responsible for designing, developing, and implementing features and improvements to Nuspire’s ServiceNow implementation.
  • They are tasked with building and maintaining integrations between Nuspire ServiceNow and other third-party tools.
  • The role involves analyzing and interpreting complex diagrams and data to provide actionable recommendations.
  • Collaboration with product teams, engineering teams, and other ServiceNow administration teams is essential to identify and implement solutions.
  • The developer advocates for enhancements in product quality, security, performance, and reliability.
  • They must consistently deliver and iterate on features within sprints and document feature delivery within an agile framework.
  • Participation in agile ceremonies such as backlog refinement, sprint planning, and retrospectives is required.

Requirements:

  • Professional experience with ServiceNow modules ITSM, CSM, and CMDB is necessary.
  • Experience in configuring and maintaining Business Rules, UI Policies, Client Scripts, UI Actions, and Script Includes using Glide Form, Glide System, and Glide Record objects is required.
  • Proficiency in front-end technologies like JavaScript, CSS, and HTML is essential.
  • Ability to integrate APIs, email, LDAP, and external web services in ServiceNow.
  • Experience in importing data from various Data Sources using Import Sets and Transform Maps is a must.
  • Proficient in upgrading ServiceNow versions and understanding application and network security.
  • Strong verbal and written English skills are needed for success in a remote work environment.
  • Positive, solution-oriented mindset, self-motivated, and self-managing with strong organizational skills are important.
  • Computer Science Education or equivalent experience is required.
  • Experience or ability to thrive in a remote work environment is necessary.
  • A portfolio of projects and deliverables, especially with links to source code, will be prioritized over education.
