Remote ServiceNow Senior Developer

Description:

• The ServiceNow Senior Developer will be part of a global team responsible for supporting, developing, and enhancing the ServiceNow platform at Keywords Studios.
• The role involves working independently and having a broad understanding of platform concepts and capabilities such as scripting, REST APIs, Flow Designer, Portal, Integration Hub, CMDB/CSDM, and Now Intelligence.
• The ideal candidate should have deep knowledge of at least two ServiceNow capabilities and be willing to learn new products/technologies as needed.
• Responsibilities include participating in all stages of projects, mentoring team members, interfacing with third-party implementers, and staying updated on the latest ServiceNow technology.
• The work will be carried out in a hybrid agile/waterfall manner.

Requirements:

• The candidate should have an implementation certification or proven implementations of ServiceNow products/capabilities.
• Experience with SN products like ITOM, ITAM, SecOps, LSD, IRM is a bonus.
• A minimum of 5 years' experience in ServiceNow platform development is required.
