Remote ServiceNow Solution Architect and Developer

Description:

• The position is for a ServiceNow Solutions Architect at Long View, which is a dynamic IT provider in North America.
• The role is available in Vancouver, Calgary, Edmonton, or Toronto and allows for remote work.
• The architect will design ServiceNow solutions specifically for the Technology Provider Service Management (TPSM) product suite, including ITSM, CSM, VA, PA, App Engine, Service Bridge, and IntegrationHub.
• Responsibilities include developing a ServiceNow technology roadmap, providing technical leadership throughout the solution lifecycle, and conducting analyses of existing client processes for improvement.
• The architect will ensure the scalability, performance, and stability of ServiceNow solutions and conduct thorough testing of configurations and customizations.
• The role involves providing technical expertise to the support team and offering platform training and mentorship to team members and clients.
• Security configuration of the ServiceNow platform must align with corporate policies and industry best practices.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have 8+ years of professional experience in designing and deploying ServiceNow platform technology and working in a client-facing consultant role.
• At least 5 years of experience supporting ITSM, CSM, and domain-separated instances of ServiceNow is required.
• Strong communication and documentation skills are essential, including the ability to produce high-quality technical documentation and diagrams.
• The ability to interact professionally with a diverse group, including executives and subject matter experts, is necessary.
• Excellent customer-facing presentation and training skills are required.
• Flexibility to adapt work schedules to meet client needs and deadlines is important.
