Description:

Udacity is seeking a Session Lead (External Contractor) for the AI for Chemical Industry program, which is a remote position.
The role involves providing world-class technical support to learners in their Nanodegree journey.
Session Leads will meet virtually or in person with students for group work, activities, and short lectures.
Students are expected to study approximately 10 hours on their Nanodegree programs independently, while the Session Lead will respond to technical questions and check in on their progress.
Responsibilities include managing student sessions in accordance with Udacity guidelines, facilitating introductions, organizing students into groups, and explaining AI concepts related to the chemical industry.
The Session Lead will also conduct a quarterly webinar for learners.

Requirements:

Proficiency in English is required.
Candidates must have a technical background in artificial intelligence with a focus on the chemical industry.
A minimum of 2 years of relevant working experience is necessary.
Strong interpersonal skills and the confidence to lead a group of students are essential.
A student-oriented mindset with a focus on understanding and addressing their problems is required.
Candidates should demonstrate an innovative approach and proactivity in assisting students who need help.
A positive character that fosters trust and emotional connections within the group is important.
An existing tech network and experience in technical discussions are preferred.
